Husum’s downtown area, with its historic market square, the castle near Husum, and the picturesque inland harbor, invites you to stroll, shop, and relax. Around the harbor, you’ll find cozy cafes and restaurants, while various museums and cultural attractions offer fascinating insights into the history and life along the North Sea. The vacation rental is also a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Explore Husum Bay, enjoy walks and bike rides along the North Sea coast, or discover the diverse landscape of North Frisia. Thanks to the excellent transportation connections, other popular destinations in the region are also easily accessible.

Amenities
The approximately 78 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor and, with its spacious layout, offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay. Bright rooms, a cozy atmosphere, and charming decorations featuring maritime motifs create a genuine North Sea feel.

The centerpiece of the vacation apartment is the spacious, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. In the cozy living room, a spacious sofa set (with a sleeper function) and additional armchairs invite you to relax. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while the large windows let plenty of natural light into the room. The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and other kitchen utensils. Right next to it is the spacious dining area with a large table and plenty of seating for shared meals and social evenings.

The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm). Nightstands with reading lamps provide additional comfort. A wardrobe and a dresser provide ample storage space for luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a wide vanity with an illuminated mirror cabinet. Numerous cabinets and shelves provide ample storage space for personal items.

Special Features
In our non-smoking apartment, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. For added convenience, a washing machine is available for your exclusive use. Dogs are also welcome. A private parking space is located right next to the accommodation. A spacious communal garden with a large lawn, slide, jungle gym, and soccer goal offers plenty of room to play and run around. An initial set of bed linens and towels is required and is already included in the final price.

Note: During the summer months, a shared outdoor pool is available to all guests of the property. Please note that no lifeguard service is provided. Children and anyone who cannot swim safely may use the pool only under the constant and direct supervision of an adult companion. The responsibility for supervision lies with the parents, legal guardians, or responsible accompanying adults. The pool is available only seasonally. Depending on weather conditions, maintenance needs, or for safety reasons, use may be temporarily restricted or unavailable.

The “Land & Meer” vacation complex in Husum-Schauendahl comprises four spacious vacation apartments. Its quiet location on the outskirts of Husum offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the port city, the North Sea coast, and through the diverse landscape of North Frisia.

The apartments, which vary in size, can accommodate up to four or eight people and feature cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Two apartments are designed to be accessible. Depending on the accommodation, guests have access to a private terrace, a balcony, a fenced-in outdoor area, or a wood-burning stove.

Dogs are welcome. Each apartment comes with a private parking space. The large communal garden, complete with playground equipment and a soccer goal, offers plenty of space for families and groups traveling together.

During the summer months, guests can also use the communal outdoor pool. Use of the pool is unsupervised and may be restricted depending on weather conditions, maintenance, or for safety reasons.
