None of them bothered to ask what we found lacking and if there was anything they could do to make it better. I have stayed in multiple other Japanese business hotels but none with staff as rude as Court Hotel. Bad service, tired rooms, poor ventilation, and weak aircon – do yourself a favour and just stay somewhere else. "
