「I had the booking confirmed and the host had even replied to my original message to confirm about time for checking in. On the day of arrival I had not received check-in information, I messaged to ask for it with no response. I later tried calling the host, no response. I then had to contact VRBO support who did provide access details to the property but by the time we arrived at the property the host had cancelled the booking. My partner and I were then forced to find alternate accommodation...

Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned.
