Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! "Stayed here a few times now for work trips. Upon arrival, the reception was unmanned, and we were instructed to go to the DORMERO Bergström to check in. While I understand this is an operational requirement, the queue was significant, leaving the lone staff member on duty under immense pressure as they attempted to manage the surge of arrivals single-handedly. It was clear that the staffing levels provided by management were inadequate for the volume of guests. Furthermore, when I requested an iron and ironing board, items I have successfully accessed here in the past, I was informed that the entire supply for the building had been relocated to the other hotel. When I asked if one could be retrieved, it was explained that this was unlikely. It is frustrating to see basic amenities prioritised elsewhere at the expense of guests at this location"
