The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars."

"Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee."

"Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we...
