I only stayed one night but the room served its purpose. It was clean and decent, the front desk lady was very helpful and nice, but the breakfast should've been included, I had to pay a separate fee for that, very limited parking but other than that, my stay was fine. I would stay again if I needed to.

Fantastic stay!!! Prime spot to stay if going into city for anything and wanting a quiet retreat afterwards. Highly recommended.

The rooms were extremely clean and there was a lot of space. Comfortable beds. Parking was challenging at times. Excellent access to the Port Authority station. The only real negative was the breakfast. We had it on the first day but not for the remaining two days. Nothing positive to say about the food offered.

Convenient location to travel into Manhattan. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Free parking and the breakfast was nice.

Wait to check in was un reasonable. Sold out concert crowd and 1 person working the desk (there were multiple work stations available) at check in time.
