Charming Cottage w/pool- in the highly desired settlement

"Can’t say enough great things! The house, the set up, the location, the quick and helpful responses from the host, all of it was 11/10! Our kids loved the loft area and we were all so pleasantly surprised with the games/toys available. Also, all of the mattresses were super comfortable but the ones on the loft beds were hands down the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever felt. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed! We absolutely loved everything about our time here and can’t wait to come back "

"The house is adorable and it’s convenient to restaurants (walking distance to On Da Beach), a wine store, the beach and a great convenience store! Ocean view from the front porch! I would definitely stay there again!"
Luxury 2 Bedroom Home With Private Dock and Pool On The North End

"Beautiful property, they’re is a lot of attention to detail, well manicured yard, clean pool, nice dock and boating access. We had a great week you start off by being greeted by Chase the caretaker, he immediately making sure your bags are secured and you know all the details on the property. Everything you have at home is available at dock of the bay which is nice when on a week or more trip. Our week was boating, fishing, pool and site seeing. Chase has a lot of local knowledge and is right there to answer questions and or assistance. Highly recommend Dock of the bay house for your elbow cay vacation. Geri was very helpful with securing a couple extra days as we extended our trip. Thank you"

"Excellent location and superb hospitality! We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Tang. Clean as clean can be. The Abacos has been our second home for decades, and Joanne made our stay special!! We came by boat and were picked up with alot of gear. We hope to be back soon!!"

"Beautiful beach front property. Perfect little beach house with paddle boards, outdoor shower, lounge chairs & a great kitchen. The views are incredible. The beach itself is secluded & peaceful. We traveled with 3 kids & they loved it. The dock is conveniently located down the road for your boat. The sunset views are pretty amazing too!"

"The property was perfect for our large family. We had all of our kids and grandkids, 12 adults and 7 kids. The layout of the house was perfect. The owners and property managers have really put forth a lot of effort to make this place awesome. The ice machine saved us 100's of dollars, the paddle boards were a hit with the kids. The house was more than well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was a huge help in arranging transportation. Our stay at Tahiti Time couldn't have been better."

"The cottage was in good condition, some minor repairs are needed but the airs worked well, the kitchen was appropriately stocked and the patio overlooking the ocean was very pleasant."

"Awesome home, fits the vibes you expect in Hope Town. Better in person than the pictures. Tons of space! Pool is great and location is incredible. It is on a rocky section of beach so if you plan to go in the ocean directly in front of house bring some water shoes"
