I don’t recommend this hotel as the bathroom was dirty with black mold and toilet bowl was cracked. All amenities were so gross and DEAD as all ingredients were separated in the containers!! Room keys did not work and went to front desk a couple of times. Breakfast was very simple. Only one good thing is close to the airport.

You're very well taken care of! Quiet a surprise I haven't stayed at a Best Western in many years. I chose this location because of its proximity to Russell Sage college and all the restaurants and shops in the area and I feel like I made the right decision. Thanks to the staff and the community for making our stay so memorable

The hotel was clean and the facilities were nice. But something scary happened. At check-in, the front desk took my ID away for a few minutes where I couldn't see it. Three days later, a Chase bank account I never applied for was opened in my name, and I even got a debit card in the mail. I can't prove it was the hotel, but the timing is really suspicious. If you stay here, don't let your ID out of your sight.
