「The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink」

「The area is beautiful and the property have good potential to be excellent, but the place was not clean enough, the place smells when you arrive and a lot of messages no pleasant in the walls. When we tried to use the toast there was an electricity cut, was hard to find the switch. Most of utensils and furniture no the best quality, very restrictive with soap and a lot of little details that makes lost the potential of the place.」
