Staff were lovely and the pool was good, however the room wasn’t the cleanest. Also there was a connecting room next door and you could everything that was happening in the room next door even if they weren’t being necessarily loud. Breakfast was good for a very reasonable price!

Room has nice decor, beautiful gardens and pool area, staff were friendly, one female staff member appeared cranky and didn't want to be there. Another guess noticed and mentioned that the service and food can be a hit and miss.The breakfast was nice. Easy parking, shops walking distance many food options available. A few kms from main town, though can walk may take an 1/2/ 1 hr or publc transport.

Was ok for the price. Room was clean just needs some care its looking tired. lady serving Breakfast and our coffee was amazing and friendly. I found service desk not as helpful as they should have been, if it was not for Jennifer at the service desk we would not have known half of the things available to do .

Clean room, great facilities (pool, gym, self serve laundry service), great location, bus stops to and from the city a short walk away. Most tour guides offered a pick up service from the hotel. However, pillows were not very comfortable, woke up with a stiff neck most mornings. Water in the room would not go cold, only lukewarm. Morning breakfast buffet was sufficient, but food was stale even if you arrive early in the morning.

Pool area was lovely although lacked any sunshades over the beds. Access to second floor was difficult as had to use stairs with heavy suitcases. Reception good, young pleasant overseas staff in restaurant. Quiet at night. Need to enforce rule about glass and stubbiest in pool area and collect from that area more frequently in day.

Our room was clean and quiet.The staff were helpful and friendly. However we cannot recommend the breakfast buffet. The hot food was barely luke warm and not very pleasant to eat. We only ate there the 1 time as we were very unimpressed and worried about food poisoning due to the temperature of the food presented.

The property was decent for a short stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were lovely. The pool was very cold and we were shocked that the spa was the same which was disappointing. The property had a restaurant on site that offers a decent breakfast at an extra cost but we found the regular menu for lunch and dinner was quite pricey along with the alcoholic beverages. Nice and close to the local shopping centre and very short drive or walkable to Airlie beach. Easy parking.

Nice pool setting area & garden, fantastic buffet breakfast & even better dining. Shower glass wasn’t clean, a lot of soap scum. There was no room service but if you need clean towels sets ask at reception.
