*CONSTRUCTION NOTE* The Ilikai Tower will be undergoing spall repair and exterior painting from July 2025 until July 2027. There maybe construction noise Monday - Friday, between 8 am - 5 pm. The spall repair for the 25 stack that this condo is located within is scheduled for October 16, 2025 - February 21, 2026. More information will be available as the dates near.
