The Space:
Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights; in between June and end of September only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Saturday. The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, TV, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. There's also a king-size bedroom with en-suite wet room with hair dryer. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. You'll find a shop in 5.2 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. Nuthatch is a delightful abode for a romantic break to Devon. Note: Babes in arms only. Note: There are steps up into the hot tub; please take care. Note: Guests can request use of the freezer, which is located in the shed. Please Note: This property will be decorated for the festive period.
