「I stayed in a Continental Room for two nights in September 2026. The facilities throughout the hotel and inside the room were excellent, making my stay incredibly comfortable. A special thanks to Amy at Continental club (Lounge), her hospitality was outstanding. She helped me with everything from dining arrangements to printing services and sorting out my laundry. I truly felt her high level of hospitality. I am already looking forward to visiting Xiamen again and staying at this wonderful...

「Great view, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. What more could you ask for?」

「The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see...
