「Customer service 」

「The room was disgusting. They were roaches. The ceiling was soggy and hanging low like it was gonna fall on us. The towels were dirty, looking and very questionable on using. There is no swimming pool. It had cylinder blocks in the swimming pool instead of water. It look like they were renting out the ugly rooms to random people and the good rooms that were already renovated and fixed. They were letting families members stay in the good rooms.」

「Property didn’t look anything like the pictures. Was only given floor towels so they smelt bad, my door didn’t lock completely so I could only use the chain lock. Prostitutes all outside of the rooms, people fighting our first night. I decided to leave early. Don’t waste your money.」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..」

「It was worst experience and not at all recommended」

「キッチンついてて、それもオーブンまで!楽しく料理ができました。またハイウエイにすぐ乗れて、どこへ行くのも便利でした」

「Very little ice, employees didn’t clearly thru glass an laundry and no coffee as advertised」

「I needed a family suite & Pinn was able to provide this at a very reasonable price. Other places may have a suite but not at this price and space that my family would need. The place has no roach as told by other reviewers. The suite that we stayed may need some upgrades but we did not see any infestation. The front desk is helpful and pointed out the good places to eat. We really appreciated his opinion on foods and enjoyed it. We plan to come back to this place when our next one graduates.」
