「Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. 「Fantastic ocean front with gorgeous view from lanai. Tide pool right below. Great quiet location yet easy to get to restaurants , etc. We loved the sound of the ocean at night. The kitchen had everything you needed except scissors. The only complaint was the big, hard pillows. Bring your own.」

「My first time to Kona. Check in was super easy. The property was a walking distance to shopping centers. My only draw back was that the small fan. It wasn't keeping the room as cool as I preferred it to be. However, overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to people.」
