「Very impressed with room size, cleanliness & amenities. Refridgerator was small. Water pressure was low, especially in the sink. Cookies were good, in they were available. Too many before 9am, there were none in the case. Morning staff needs to stay on top of availability. Homemade muffins needed to be cooked longer. If the tops fall & there is unbaked batter, they are not done. Never say any yogurt that is mentioned on their website. Asked for more towels & cooler. 24 hours later, had to make a...

「I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield.」

「Hotel was clean a staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is the parking. Since it’s right off the pike lots of trucks park overnight so finding a spot was extremely difficult. They take up 2-4 spaces each depending on the size of the rig and they don’t bother parking further away so they make getting around the lot very tight and dangerous.」

「Super clean. Large rooms! Great breakfast. Check in woman was very sweet and friendly. Lighting was a bit dim so a bit hard to get ready for an event. But overall, excellent!」
