「I stayed at this location in July. I had to leave after 3 days because of unsafe conditions for my daughter and me. We witnessed frequent open drug use under our hotel room window. Also, there was no Wi-Fi for two days. Our friends also had bedbugs in their rooms. These issues were reported to the manager-on-duty, Roz. She stated that a letter would be provided for us to send to the third-party company through which we booked. This was not done, and she has not returned, and she has not...

「Staff are amazing - suites are large and capacious with great toiletries. We had our service dog with us and everyone was very helpful. Only issue was the elevator near our room (furthest away) was out of order. Pretty sound proof except the air pressure from the exit stairs kept rattling our door whenever someone use it. Would def recommend if you want a comfortable location to sightsee the surrounding areas or if you’re passing through town and need a good place to rest.」
