"The property is very nice... clean, comfortable & nicely appointed. Located in the middle of everything but you'll definitely need a car (or golf cart) to get around. If you plan on cooking meals, which we did, you'll have to bring absolutely everything with you, as there isn't even salt & pepper in the house. Otruly enjoyed our stay, spending most of our "home" time in the pool. Highly recommended. "

"We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point."

"Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. "Our vacation was perfect ! We had one mishap with the air and the owner was promptly on top of it within 15 minutes it was fixed ! The owners were very kind and personable . This was our first visit to AMI and it was great! Steps from the beach, you have everything you need right at the tips of your fingers ! We rented a golf cart and saved gas on the island - make sure you get a gas cart - no electric plugs outside . Otherwise it was a phenomenal place to stay. Can’t wait for our next trip!...

"Although fairly clean and in a good location to the beach and surrounding areas, this rental property is very no frills. It is lacking some very fundamental things you would expect at a rental house, especially one at the beach. Kitchen is very small, lacking things like a coffee maker. Very few dishes and silverware. "Owner provided clear directions and direct cell phone number while we were at the property in case we had questions or needed help. Wonderful communicative and responsive host!! Property is in a convenient location. We rented a golf cart and bike for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and live music in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels. "We could not say enough good things about our stay! We arrived very late, and because it was a keyless entry, we had no problem at all getting in! The house was very clean. And the beds could not have been more comfortable! When we woke up to the sunlight, we were met with a gorgeous backyard pool. There was a shed that had beach toys, chairs, a cooler and a wagon which made lugging our stuff to the beach, a breeze!
