Step inside the grand foyer and head upstairs to the second floor of this elevated beach home where you will find the beautiful living and dining spaces. The main living area is designed for togetherness, featuring an open kitchen fully equipped for family meals, dining table large enough to seat 10 and a comfortable living room for shared moments. Start your mornings over coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a lovely family brunch on the balcony overlooking the backyard.

Beachy Blue offers 2 king master suites each with attached private bathroom. The layout is perfect so that each room is nicely separated for those seeking privacy. The third larger guest bedroom offers a comfy queen bed as well as a sturdy twin over full bunk that kids will love. A fourth bedroom with twin beds finished off the sleeping possibilities. There are two more full bathrooms so no fighting for space to get ready to go out to dinner. There’s even a sitting area with a TV where you can just kick back and relax.

The heart of this home lies in its private backyard oasis where you'll find a place to unwind on the balcony or cozy nook, perfect for taking in the lush tropical landscape. Dive into the fun with a heated pool and spa, poolside game room with basketball and giant Jenga and gas grill for those fantastic family cookouts. Beach gear such as chairs, a wagon, and umbrellas, are neatly stored in the garage, making your beach days a breeze.

This home is perfectly situated in the heart of Holmes beach - just steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and bars such as the Feast, Hurricane Hank’s Freckled Fin and more. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
