「Cozy and comfortable」

「We visited AMI for a couple of days and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Such a great central location, very clean, easy check in! I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「We stayed in #4 in July 2026. It was super cute and a very close/short walk to the beach. They provided beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon/cooler which was super helpful since we flew. The pool was great and never crowded. We loved the bball hoop. The 1 bedroom was a little tight for my family of 3 so we’d do a 2 bedroom in the future. My 2 reasons for the 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that there isn’t an outside hose/shower to wash off feet when returning from beach so inside mats...

「My family of 4 just returned from a weekend stay at this lovely place! It's clean, new, comfortable, extremely close to the beach, quiet, and has a very nice shared pool. The entire resort is only 4 duplexes so the pool was never crowded. The host is caring and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this place for your stay on AMI, and we can't wait to come back!」

「Good location, nice little pool & hot tub. Our condo was a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom on the left was a tad bigger and stayed cooler. It has a ceiling fan that has a remote to make it faster, which was nice. The bedroom on the right was warmer & the ceiling fan only had 1 setting on low. The bed was very uncomfortable and they definitely need a new mattress in there. The pillows were horrible too. Both bathrooms are ok. Not big, but definitely fine. There were plenty of towels in...

「This house is in an excellent location halfway between the bay and the gulf, on a street very close to dining, shopping, etc. and yet quiet. Took only four minutes to walk to coffee shop, eight minutes to the beach and restaurants. House was perfect for our family weekend vacation. We all enjoyed the pool. Washer/dryer on site was convenient. Check in was super easy with door code. Property was clean. Everything worked out well, no issues.」
