"The property was very nice and the room was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable ive stayed in while traveling. The bathroom and shower were spacious and very well laid out too. The restaurant and bar on the first floor were great and the service staff were top notch for sure. "

"The hotel itself was clean and offered a great view of the Hollywood Casino. Carlos, our tour guide and transportation provider, was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and reliable. He truly made the experience a thousand times better. My biggest disappointment was not having access to the rooftop due to a private event. It would have been helpful to be informed about this in advance so I could’ve been prepared. Overall, I’d still give it 5 stars, but I recommend giving guests a heads-up if certain amenities—like the rooftop—won’t be available, especially when they're included in the charges."
