  • First floor ocean view 1 bedroom/1.5 bath unit that sleeps 6. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family.
    - Oceanfront community with zero entry community pool in the heart of Surf City
    - Queen size bed in the master
    - Bunk beds in the hall
    - Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room
    - 3 flat screen SMART TVs, cable TV in the living room
    - Fully equipped kitchen
    - In unit washer/dryer, and access to the community laundry room
    - Hypoallergenic Rental (No smoking or animals of any kind)
    - Guests have sole access to a covered parking space, as well as storage unit with all necessary beach gear
    -Guests will receive an access code for the front gate at the time of check-in, and an access card for the community pool and laundry room and guest parking pass will be in the unit
    - Guests are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all Surf Unit Owners Association (SUOA, Inc.) and Unit Owner Rules & Regulations which are provided at the time of reservation confirmation.
