Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Waterfront Home on the Anclote River located in Holiday Fl. Recently renovated with tile, laminate floors, and freshly painted throughout. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and also includes granite counter tops. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and completely updated en suite bathroom. The second and thrid bedrooms have Queen Beds. All linens are provided to make this home turn-key ready and comfortable. The bathrooms have both been updated which include a large walk-in shower in the Master and the other is completed with a bathtub. Relax on the Patio by the SOLAR Heated Pool, or screened lanai after a day of fun in the Florida sun.

This Home is just a short distances to the world famous Sponge docks, the historic district of Tarpon Springs, Fred Howard Park, restaurants, and beaches. Roughly a 40min boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico from the home. The backyard is equiped with a BBQ grill and a Large Private Pool with beautiful views of the Anclote River. Relax around the pool watching fish jump out of the water as you watch the mesmerizing Florida Sunset. You may even be lucky enough to see Dolphins or Manatee's in the river. This Property is located less than 5 minutes from multiple shopping centers, Less than 20 minutes from stunning local beaches, 30 minutes from Countryside Mall, and 30 minutes from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) or 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA). Travel a short distance south to Clearwater Beach and Caladesi Island for Sea Shells and Beautiful Sunsets. Orlando Theme Parks are only 1 1/2-2 hours east from here. Are you into sports? In March attend Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training games just minutes away Or take a 40 minute ride into Tampa and see the Tampa Bay Lightning play hockey. Need a golf getaway. Close to many fantastic courses including Innisbrook Golf Resort, host of the PGA Valspar Championship in March. This Home is located in a peaceful setting enjoyed by everyone living on the river. We ask our guests to respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping the noise to a minimum. Safety is important. The home's, swimming pool and property are for registered guests, only. We ask that there are no additional overnight guests unless the homeowner is aware. Although, children are welcome and families have enjoyed the home, it is important to understand that the pool and canal do not have fencing.

We had a wonderful week at this house! The house was very spacious and we loved that there were three spacious rooms with large beds and two bathrooms. We loved the screened in porch with small children and being able to sit in it at night. The pool was warm and beautiful, and we loved watching for dolphins, manatees and alligators from the pool and porch. We would definitely come back again!

We went to visit family in nearby Tarpon Springs. It was the perfect spot to visit and get in a few sights. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is inviting and being on the water is the best.

This house is very well appointed and in a spectacular location. If you are looking for "downtown" this isn't your place. If you are looking to forget about life and enjoy your surroundings - you have hit the mark. With this house you truly have a place to relax and just STOP life - even for just a few days. GREAT Place!!!

The house is as the pictures show. There is a screened in porch with table and chairs that we enjoyed morning coffee while we watched the fish jumping in the water behind the house. This house has the best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Also there was very little we need to buy during our two week stay (hand soap, paper towels, kitchen soap etc) We enjoyed our two weeks and wish it could have been longer.

My family had the best time. The house is wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. The kids had such a great time swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. A short drive from the many beaches and restaurants. We saw dolphins and stingrays right off the dock! I spent every morning sitting in the screened in patio drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins and fish jumping out of the water. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay

We had a blast at this home. The house was nice and clean. The house has a nice pool out back that our kids loved...we loved it too. The house looks like it was updated recently. All new appliances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in garage was nice too. Located close to Tarpon Springs . I would stay here again.

The house has been recently renovated and is very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. We all discussed how comfortable our beds were. The owners were quick to respond to questions and we had no problems. We weren't familiar with the area and weren't sure about the neighborhood but it turned out to be fine, with good neighbors next door. Would definitely stay again.

The back view is exactly like the pictures, absolutely beautiful! We were lucky enough to have an extra warm week at the end of February! We enjoyed the pool and the screen porch every day! Large couch has been updated, perfect for coffee in the morning with our friends! The home is very comfortable and we found the kitchen well outfitted, except it could use some kitchen towels washcloths and extra garbage bags. Quiet neighborhood with a nice neighbor that looks out for the property. Thanks for sharing your home! We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house. Who would not stay here? We absolutely loved the dock we loved the fishing. The owners responded very quickly but we had no problems whatsoever. The view from the back porch was absolutely beautiful! If available again when I come down there I would try my hardest to get this rental again. The area has a lot of places to go and see and Sponge Docks is an absolutely must and very closed to this rental home. Thank you again for letting us have your place for a week it was the best memories we could ever have!

Beds are not comfortable, we had to mop the sticky kitchen floor when we got there, the pool is very nice but not warm enough to be in, the main bathroom sink is very slow to drain, boat rentals are close by but not allowed over night, 4 cockroaches over 6 days, appliances are all new and very nice, kitchen and bathroom remodel is also well done, new/nice couch in the living room. Towels new/nice and the sheets were clean even if they didn’t fit the bed very well in the master

We had a fun week with our grandchildren for Spring Break. They loved the pool, and my grandson loved fishing off the dock. This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The only problems we encountered were the Palmetto bugs, as the southerners call them, and the lack of simple basics like paper towels, and dishwashing detergent, that I have had in all of my other VRBO rentals. There were a couple of maintenance issues like door off of Master bedroom closet, screen door on porch sticks and is hard to open, but those did not detract from our enjoyment. The big issue is the master bedroom mattress that is squeaky, lumpy, and all around old and uncomfortable. The big plus of this house is the close proximity to Tarpon Springs and the beaches.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with a few of my forever friends, some of whom I haven’t seen in years, and most had never met. The house was absolutely perfect. It was very clean,(most important to me) has a well equipped kitchen, was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. It had a beautiful fireplace, but there was no firewood, so we were not sure if we could use it, it wasn’t a big deal but I should have texted the manager, as she always responded quickly to any questions I had. We loved the screened in porch and backyard pool/ waterfront area, but wish the pool were heated, as there were a couple warm days we 3 Northern girls would have braved it. We had a wonderful stay without it, we all enjoyed simply lounging around it sipping coffee and cocktails. The only thing I might recommend, would be a welcome book with helpful information about the house. We all agreed that we would love to come back! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home. This was our first time ever renting a house, we previously have stayed in hotels, so I was a bit skeptical. Upon entering the house, everything was exactly as pictured, clean with everything all in working order appearing to be new and recently renovated. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Also, the pool, dock and screened in back porch all were very nice where we spent a majority of our time. There was plenty of seating available in all areas for my family of 5 as we watched other boats go by, swam and even caught a few fish (both saltwater and fresh). There was also plenty of towels, linens, pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and paper products requiring minimal, or nothing at all to be brought from home. We never had any issues during our 8 day stay other than not being able to find a toaster. Reaching the owners regarding this was easy and they were quick to respond. We can’t wait to go back to this house (hopefully next year for longer) as it met every one of our expectations. We didn’t want to go home, even extending our stay an additional day than originally planned. If you’re considering booking this home, you will not be disappointed.

This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating vacation. The ONLY reason we booked this property was because it was listed with a heated pool. Do not be fooled by this -- you cannot swim in this pool in the winter months, even when the weather is sunny and warm. According to the hosts, we shouldn’t have expected the pool to warm up because it’s heated by solar panels, which require sunny days to work. A few days before we arrived the weather was cold; however, during our 7-day stay it was sunny and warm. Almost all highs were in the 70’s and the last 3 days it reached the 80’s. In that time the water temperature rose just 13 degrees, reaching 74 degrees on our last day. It wasn’t even safe to swim for the first 5 days and, on our last 2 days, we could safely but not comfortably swim. I was in the pool for only 10 minutes before I was too cold. My 8 y.o. daughter -- whose favorite place is the pool -- swam for longer but I had to tell her to get out because she would start shivering. Another disappointing aspect to our stay was the host’s lack of concern. We communicated with the owner (via text) almost daily and continued doing so for 5 days. Not once did she (a) offer meaningful solutions or (b) apologize to us for the inconvenience. In fact, it was us who was constantly checking in with her; had we not done that, I doubt that we would have received any follow-up at all. She was not even bothered enough to call and speak to us in person. She simply gave excuses (again via text) about how solar-heated pools only work when it’s sunny and warm (which it was during our stay). There were some positives. The house looks like it’s been newly renovated and is comfortable. It was also very clean when we first arrived. Except for NYE (which is understandable), the neighborhood was very quiet. Unfortunately the positives were ruined by the stress of hoping each day would be the one when we could swim (and constantly being disappointed) plus keeping my daughter entertained rather than being able to take that time to relax. Add to that the host’s seeming disregard and this trip turned into an unpleasant, forgettable experience. Despite listing the pool as heated, the host made it seem like we shouldn't have expected it to warm up because it’s “solar heated”. I’m sorry but it doesn't matter how your pool is heated, if it does not warm the water enough to be able to swim, then do not say it's heated. In my opinion, that is false advertising.

We stayed there last year and loved it, this year there were screens broken on patio which are friend fixed as best as he could.. Also the skimmer was missing and pole was hanging, we went to Walmart and bought one, took it home since our friends have a pool. Our friends said there bed squeaks bad. Otherwise love the place and talking about coming again next year.

We enjoyed our vacation, house was exactly what we expected, a little farther from the beach and where we normally go when in Florida. Town of Tarpon Springs is a nice little town, great Greek Restaurant. Would recommend staying here.
