"Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

The views were breathtaking and the balconies, relaxing. However, the bed and couch are equally rock hard and the pillows almost seem homemade with cotton balls. They’re non-existent. Even the room towels provided are small and thin. We paid extra for the large room and Mountain View not knowing that this also came...
