週末は外の音がうるさい可能性があると、事前にホテルより連絡を受けていたが、土曜の夜は夜中の2時半頃まで、外の音楽が途切れることなく続き、閉口した。土曜の宿泊は絶対に避けた方がいい。その他は立地も便利で部屋内の設備も新しく素晴らしかった。

Definetely one of the best stay in our trip history ... really satisfied with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with pretty amenity. Walkable distance to city center and Bay Area.

夜に到着のため、フロントが開いておらず、予め電話連絡でカギの場所を教えてもらいましたが、英語が堪能ではないため、少し苦労しました。

海沿いのきれいなコンドミニアム
キッチンやランドリー設備、リビングスペースもあり広くて清潔なコンドミニアムでした。キッチンはちょっと狭いですがフライパンやまな板、切りにくい包丁、塩コショウの調味料なども揃っていました。ランドリーの使い方を詳しく説明したものがなく苦労しました。リビングスペースには大きめのソファーとテーブルだけしかありませんがくつろげます。あと、シャワーに扉がないため床は水浸しになります。

バスタブのある部屋を希望したので宿泊場所が受付と駐車場からかなり離れた場所にある建物で大変でした。受付の方は親切に対応してくださいましたが、とにかく受付の場所も宿泊場所も分かりにくい場所でした。部屋は綺麗で広く設備も良かったのですが建物内？が工事中なのか深夜に音がし続け娘が熟睡できませんでした。 残念です。

ぜひ！
初めてのタスマニア旅行でしたが，素敵なホテルと景色で大満足の旅になりました。 チェックインの仕方を事前に知らされていたのに，ついつい普通のホテルみたいだと思い，迷いました。 しかし，何とかレセプションまでたどり着いたら，とても丁寧に対応してくださり，助かりました。 また，機会があれば泊まりたいです。

予約時の紹介写真と異なる。バスタブが無い。眺望も無い，案内された部屋は，離れたところに有って，駐車場は本館（？）にしかない。実際の部屋は，清潔感もあり使い勝手も悪くはなかったが、寒い季節にお風呂が無いのと駐車場から離れていたことがとても残念だった

The apartment is wonderful - spacious and well serviced. The access to Salamaca resturants and cafes was great. It's lovely and quiet at the apartment. The only issue would be to ensure you take an Uber or taxi to the apartments up on Battery Point if you are checking in with reception. It's not far to walk from IXL to Battery point, but a but of an effort uphill with suitcases.

Nice room but noisy and difficult parking.
Room itself was fine, clean etc. but was not in the location that I expected when I booked. I’d say fine for a midweek stay, but the weekends would be very noisy as there are pubs/clubs directly next door. Room came equipped with ear plugs, so noise is obviously an issue. Some of the staff spoke very little English which made basic communication difficult. On site parking was well priced but not usable if you have anything bigger than a small car.

Our 3 bedroom penthouse in Gibson mills was great. We particularly liked the deck overlooking the harbor. We weren’t bothered by outside noise in our unit.

Good communication with helpful reservation staff made our after hours check in really easy. the apartment was in a great location, short walk to everything we wanted, it was very clean, very well equipped and beautifully presented, the bedroom linen, towels etc were all lovely quality, definitely highly recommend this property.

This property was very comfortable for a family of 5. We were able to cook our own meals each night, the beds were amazigly comfortable and the family areas very well appointed.The views were excellent we felt we were in the centre of everything. I could imagine at the end of the Sydney to Hobart this apartment woild be perfect!!!

The property was nice enough. However, when we went in the floor was sticky and had cup marks on it. The air conditioner downstairs is about 100 years old and didn't do much but make noise. There was a lot of heat upstairs with no aircon to cool it down. We thought one of the units in the wall may be aircon, but it was a heater that just made the place smell! I'm not sure if we'd go back as there are cheaper places to stay that are better quality. Also, the parking can be between 100 and 200m away from the property and you're not guaranteed to get a park.

Loved the view and balcony from our three bedroom apartment and my daughters and I were very appreciative of the upgrade from a two bedroom. Apartment was beautifully decorated and had every appliance you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Location was just perfect!! Would have liked to have been able to have a longer stay. Only negative was the shower in the ensuite.........water went all over the floor from having no door and had to be mopped up daily. able to stay longer.

Was booked on 1st floor. What a nightmare! The noise coming from above apartments was terrible. Dragging chairs, toilet flushes, loud music, audible conversations until1am! Apartment came with complimentary earplugs, now I know why! If you’re going to stay ask for top floor otherwise be prepared for lack of sleep. Other than that the location is great, good, we’ll appointed, and spacious apartment.

Helpful check in staff. Amazing location. Easy to walk to everywhere but the apartment also offers secure car parking. The apartment was very spacious and kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need if staying for a long period. Beds were comfortable. A little bit of outside can be heard on a weekend night but nothing that kept us awake! We really enjoyed our stay.
