Great location. VERY hilly. The bed was great. The shower is in the bath which was a pain. Very helpful staff. There's lots of restaurants close but no Hungry Jacks ECT close. I would definately recommend this property

Great location, very spacious for a family. Beds were comfortable. Each unit must have its own tiny hot water system so having a hot shower by the time the whole family had had one meant the last two people had cold showers. Bathroom could do with a reno as there were holes in the wall and water damage everywhere.

I booked this for the location near Salamanca and was very impressive. The unit was large, spacious and contained everything you need, with free parking included. A special mention to Rob at reception whose service was sensational, helping with my questions, and assisting with extra heating from a couple of Queenslanders. I will definitely return here for any future trips to Hobart.

It was our first time to Hobart, and we decided to stay at Salamanca Terraces due to its location being close to the wharf precinct and free parking facility. We had a studio apartment. The room size was standard - it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is on a small size - the shower is VERY small in comparison to other places we have stayed at. It'd be challenging for some people, we'd imagine. Location is great - close to lots of restaurants, the wharf and supermarket. Important to note for anyone with mobility issues that the entrance to the property is located on Runnymede St which is on a slight incline, so there is a bit of an incline to walk to Salamanca Terraces from Salamanca Place. We were on the ground floor and found it to be pretty quiet. Surrounding areas are beautiful and we had a great time exploring it. Free parking was definitely a big plus!

The staff attitude and approach made the stay more pleasant. There was sufficient parking available, and good to be in the vacinity of Salamanca and the CBD.
