First of all, the property sent me the wrong information by Expedia. When I got to the location, I discovered there was a huge fence with automatic lock. I could not get in bc they sent me the wrong code. I waited and waited in the heat. Another guest came & helped me in. I had NO way to get into contact with the property bc they send me the wrong number. So the guest called the number they had for the hotel & they told him where to find the key & he gave it to me. NOT A WORKER. A guest. Then when I left for dinner, I realized I had NO way to get inside the property bc of the code at the front door. Finally the manager saw me & gave me the code & acted like everything was fine. Awful. Would not recommend. When I checked out, there was no one. Front desk doesn’t even exist. I had to just leave the key in a drawer because I needed to go to the airport after waiting around for them. AWFUL
