"Everything was so nice. Roomy suite with separate bedroom made me feel right at home. Everything was clean. The staff is friendly. A big group of young kids were staying there yet things were quiet. The food was good—crazy what they call snacks—but could be healthier options. Also a nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful.wonderful hot and powerful spa."

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "I am a return guest. I stayed here a couple of years ago as well, which I think speaks highly of the place. It is in a great location and very handy with pets. Jane was a fabulous host with excellent communication. We were very happy with our stay! "
