"Really nice hotel, cleanliness with housekeeping could use a little attention (found a few hairs in tub, bed stains((could tell they were washed in)) in sheets, but overall very nice hotel, large rooms and comfy beds. Staff was excellent. Location was wonderful. "
"Great hotel from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk concierge Nobel. Nobel was very friendly and wanted to be sure my stay at the hotel and in the city of Seattle was an excellent experience.
My room was large with a complete wall of windows that were practically floor to ceiling. That room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable and the room was completely silent. I was not aware of the heat turning on and off during the night. I could not hear people out in the hallway or outside noise through the windows.
The best part was the large bathroom with the soaker tub and separate shower. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels all over the world. This bathroom beat all of the other hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel is right in heart of the city with so many wonderful restaurants right outside the doors of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. "
"I have to start off by saying the staff here is top notch. So friendly, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. It was my first time staying here and they made me feel at home. The room that I stayed in was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. So spacious, every amenity you can think of, although there was no microwave I did not need one anyways. The bed was so comfy and cozy. The bathroom area was beautiful, the showers were huge which was nice. Overall I rate this hotel a 10/10 and I will for sure be returning to this place next time I am in Seattle. "
"Unexpected fees for parking, room service, and “continental breakfast”. No on sight parking and very few options for their continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self looks clean, but there is a weird smell in the halls and there were splatters from a previous guest on the wall. Also, the handle to the bath faucet was difficult to pull out to turn on the water and it felt like it was going to fall off. The window in the room opens which is great, but there are no safety features to prevent falling out and the window was difficult to close all the way due to warped vinyl from weather."
