Steps to the beach and pool from this outstanding and popular location in the resort. Updated in a chic and modern beach motif, the lovely villa has a spacious feel. You will love the appliances, very nice flooring and lovely decorated. Enjoy the oceanfront with largest pool in Hilton Head and food from the elegant restaurant a few steps away. The lighted tennis courts, fitness is ideal for the active guests. If a service animal will be accompanying you please notify me as soon as possible additional paperwork is required per the resorts policy. If The additional paperwork is not filled out prior to arrival a $250 fine can be added to your reservation. This resort has 24 hour security.

My stay isn't quite over yet but the staff and guards are very friendly! The island is quiet and feels safe.The villa is a bit outdated but it's comfy. A plus is easy access to the laundry room and trash!

Fall Empty Nest Trip

Great Place

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed the property. Close to the beach, pool, tiki bar, and not far from the clubhouse restaurant/bar. The place was small but we were comfortable. We will definitely book again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Unit is conveniently located near pool and beach. Quiet and well maintained, friendly staff, and easy check-in/out procedures. We also appreciated the extra beach equipment that was available for use during our stay.

Weekend Getaway

Took my family to see the ocean for the first time and this was the perfect location for us to just walk right to the beach and be able to enjoy a few meals at our place. It was a perfect space for the five of us to sleep comfortably.

45th Anniversary

Beautiful location steps ftom the beach & pools. Very nice condo with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, walking the beach and the property has so much to do. Great getaway you will love it.

Great resort, good accommodations

The resort is great and communication was fantastic. The place was clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The unit is close to the action and stocked with beach supplies. Other than the minor issues with dim lighting and temperamental cable and WiFi, we loved this place.

Beach Vacation

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it will not be the last time. We had an amazing time. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, pool, bike rental and a short walk. We will definitely return and stay here again perfect! The only thing I would say negative is the pillows were not comfortable!

HHI Beach & Tennis Condo

Clean and as described. Perfect for a girls weekend. Bunks are more for small children so take that into account. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/pans. Easy walk to beach and the beach side pool. Been staying at this complex for years. Gated, guarded and safe. Enjoy and thank you for our stay!

My son and his friends had a great time there. Everything they needed was there and location perfect. Owner was easy to reach and helpful when I had a question. Only remark I would like to make is that two of the beds are rather small. Would book again

Quick HHI weekend

Very comfortable and well appointed. Only need to take your suitcase as everything else you need is there - toiletries, beach items, coffee, sweeteners, etc. I was very impressed (and that’s not easy)! Bed is very comfortable too!

Convenient and Clean

This villa was exactly how it was described in the listing. The villa's location was very convenient and it was very clean. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and flexible. My husband and I look forward to booking with her again. The only downside was the bed was way too firm for our liking; however, that's just a personal preference. If you're looking for a great location, a clean villa, and a responsive host, then this is the place! very very

Relaxing

The unit is very nice! The property site is nice as well very safe, clean, and friendly. The unit itself is literally a few steps to the beach. It also had everything we could possibly need for the trip. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I definitely would recommend this unit and owner!
