Sliding glass doors open to a delightful screened porch with lovely furnishings, a ceiling fan, and an indescribable view.

Comprised within the open living space, the dining area seats six at its oval wood table. The kitchen, which provides the ease of a pass-through window to the dining room, features gunmetal granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. A cozy TV and office nook is adjacent to the kitchen, offering a desk and plush oversized armchair that can transform into a twin sleeper sofa!

The master bedroom includes a vaulted ceiling, king sized bed, flat screen TV, and his-and-hers closets. This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend. Dogs ONLY please! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. Please let us know if you have any questions! NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED!
