Hilton Head in the off season

My wife and I and our dog had a peaceful relaxing 3 weeks on Forest Beach Dr at Seascape Villas. Our host Webb was very helpful and easy to work with. Great location and unit was updated. Would definitely go back.

Amazing family beach trip

Location is absolutely perfect! You’re only a short walk out your back door to the pool, a 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to coligny and easy access to the rest of the island. The condo is exactly as described and has everything you might need.

Location, Location, Location

This is the perfect place to stay on HHI! Walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Deck outside living room with small table and chairs. Inside the Villa is stocked with everything you need.

GREAT place to stay!!!

Everything we needed was there. Refrigerator and Microwave looked new and washer and dryer was nice and large. Webb was excellent at responding quickly to any of our questions. Great stay!!! It was a nice and relaxing for us as a family. Being able to have our dog with us made it extra special.

Exactly how it was listed. Perfect for my family of five, three young kids. Great location, not too far from town or the beach. Back of the greater property so very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent condo and location on Hilton Head! Enjoyed the proximity to the bike trails, beach and downtown. Nice, clean accommodations and unit. Responsive host. Highly recommended!

Excellent!

This condo is an excellent choice. Super clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was very nice to have a grill on the deck and the pool was also close and well kept. It took us a minute to find the condo specific restroom at the beach entrance but that is also a very nice amenity. Hoping to come back!

We were very impressed with the beach and island. So clean and relaxing. Upstairs air flow in the condo was t great but the fans did help.

Wonderful location and unit

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to the beach and shopping and the unit is comfortable. We would have liked having a set of instructions for obtaining a parking pass, accessing the beach/cabana, and working things like the washer/ dryer, dishwasher and tv and sound system. The host was very available to answer our questions, though.

Well appointed property close to the beach

Lovely property with up to date furnishings. Very close to the pool in the condo complex and close enough to the beach to walk from the unit. Be aware that this unit is on two levels. Bedrooms and bath are all on the 2nd level.

Great location!

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Condo had plenty of room. Carpet upstairs is older/stained but otherwise space was clean. Upstairs gets hot! Appreciated the fans but it was still hot. We really liked finding a place that was pet friendly!

Less than expected

Arrived to find a large load of sheets, etc both in the washer and dryer. So we’re doing the hosts laundry day one. The first morning we left for breakfast and the door would not lock. Manager was there within a couple hours. Batteries in door lock were dead furniture is old and worn. Stair are super tight and could be tough for young kids Carpets worn and stained.

Being older, my husband and I would have liked a handrail on one side of the steps. It was dangerous for both of us going up and down. Larger couch was very difficult to sit on.

Wonderful Time!

We had a great family vacation here - 2 adults and 1 toddler. It was amazing to be an easy walk to the beach as well as a stone throw from the pool (bonus points for the nice walks on the pathways and bridges throughout the backyards!). The property had a grill on the deck which was awesome to be able to use. The kitchen was well stocked! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough for what we needed and the living room was a fun hangout spot for watching TV and more than enough room for our toddler to play with his toys. Everywhere we drove to was 3-10 minutes away - super convenient to have shopping, food and convenience stores so close by (we could have easily walked to the plaza and shopping centers if needed). We look forward to returning here in the future!
