Featuring the newest Beach Oriented home in Sea Pines! Construction just completed in spring of 2025!

Escape to luxury in this stunning newly built coastal retreat in the heart of Sea Pines, just moments from the beach. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this spacious home offers thoughtfully designed living across three levels.

On the main floor, the open-concept living area features a gourmet kitchen with two oversized islands, a butler’s pantry, and a full dining island, complemented by an oversized dining table. The spacious living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, offers a perfect gathering space. A laundry room is also located on this level for convenience. Also located on the main floor, the primary suite provides a private retreat with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the screened patio. The patio, which boasts a fireplace, TV, and dining space, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Just outside the kitchen and screened patio, a gas grill provides a convenient setup for outdoor cooking.

The second floor hosts the remaining five bedrooms. A king and queen bedroom each have en suite bathrooms, while two additional king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. A bunk room with two full and two twin beds creates the perfect space for kids or groups. This level also features a wet bar and a second laundry room for added convenience. At the heart of the second floor is a large living room with a plush sectional couch, ideal for lounging, napping, and movie nights—a cozy retreat for guests of all ages.

The ground level is designed for both function and fun, with a private elevator providing easy access to all floors. Outside, the resort-style pool deck features a pool and hot tub, a poolside bar, two outdoor TVs, and plenty of seating and dining areas. Great experience

The home was immaculate and spectacular. We enjoyed the abundance of tvs and areas for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. (one minor miss: we could have used more paper towels). Everyone slept comfortably, greatly helped by the quality of the furniture.
