The beautifully decorated living room featuring two sleeper sofas gives off an airy, coastal feel with its vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen comes full equipped and features a beverage center with beverage/wine refrigerator & stand-alone ice maker as well as an eat-in bar. The dining area is just off the kitchen and offers seating for 6. Doors from the kitchen and great room lead to the back patio and pool area.

The master bedroom features king bed, TV, and overlooks the pool and golf course. Here you will find a private bath with modern soaker tub, large glass shower with rain shower and double vanity. The second bedroom, located in the back of the house, includes two queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The beautiful, spacious backyard includes a deck with room for outdoor dining and lounging. The private hot tub (accommodates up to eight adults) and large pool are perfect for activities of all ages. There's also an outdoor shower available for you to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. All outside amenities overlook the beautiful Robert Trent Jones golf course 16th green.
