Adorable studio condo 1 mile from Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island. Perfect for a couples getaway. Condo has a Queen bed and a twin mattress available for use. Free WiFi with many streaming options available. Free beach shuttle offered with lots of dining and shopping within walking distance. Newly renovated, pet and smoke free. Located in a working class community with working class residents. Beautiful pool on site for use April - Sept.

Great for the two of us!

Our stay was perfect for the two of us! We spent most of our time out and about and this place was very conveniently located to get to a lot of places easily! Communication with our host was top notch, it was clean, and had all the amenities that we needed! The only thing we ran into was that the pool was not in great condition so we couldn’t use it, but the beach is nearby so we didn’t mind all that much :)

Great for an affordable beach trip

We enjoyed staying at the studio apartment. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee maker with a few K-cups, condiments, plates, silverware, etc.). There is a TV with multiple streaming service options (but not the local TV stations). Host was accommodating and responsive to messages. Thank you, would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay for a few nights during a conference. The accommodations were simple yet well-equipped, featuring a stocked kitchen and bathroom, and everything was very clean. Coligny house

House was perfect for what we needed very clean people around the house were nice and couldn’t get over how close everything was from the house. Everything was about 10 min from harbor town like 2 min for coligny plaza and 3 min from the beach with free beach parking was amazing
