This stunning villa has been thoughtfully updated with coastal-inspired touches throughout, including ceramic plank flooring, shiplap ceilings, freshly painted walls, and a fully renovated kitchen and baths. The light-filled great room boasts a wall of windows framing breathtaking dune and ocean views, a sliding door leading to the balcony, and brand new living room furniture that creates a comfortable and inviting space to relax. A stylish dining area features a brand new dining table set illuminated by an on-trend bronze chandelier.

The modern kitchen is designed with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a chic tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances—including a convenient stacked washer and dryer. A pass-through window adds both functionality and charm, making it easy to stay connected to the living and dining areas.

Wake up to ocean views in the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, Smart TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and an updated en suite bath with a spacious single vanity, picture frame mirror, and a walk-in shower with classic subway tile and glass doors.

Perfect low key condo with lots to do!

Very clean, comfortable beds. Easy beach access. Close to shops and dining. There are numerous walking/biking paths with ample shade trees. Perfect for those who like to enjoy the outdoors. Pool area is awesome…spacious and plenty of seating.

Perfect!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. Everything was modern and well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes, glasses and anything needed to cook. And the condo was spotless. Many thanks to Deb for checking to see if we needed anything. I’d highly recommend!!!!

One of our favorite Shorewood properties!

We’ve stayed at the Shorewood villas for the past six years and let me tell you, they’re not all created equally. This unit, 109, is definitely one of the nicest we’ve stayed in! The owner was very accommodating, even making sure we were brought a can opener when we realized there wasn’t one in the condo. We had 5 people staying in the unit and we never felt crammed or crowded - there was plenty of seating in the living room for lounging at night. The bathrooms were some of the nicest on the property - they seemed recently updated, as did the washer and dryer. Everything was tidy upon arrival, there were plenty of bath towels provided, and my favorite thing (although it seems small) is there were lots of coat/towel hooks. We’ve stayed in multiple units that did not have a single one so I’m always grateful to see them. We loved being beach front - just a quick walk to the access gate and pool. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Great condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The space was clean and well kept. Appliances all worked great and bed was comfortable too. Deb made check-in and check-out seamless. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family, 4 adults 1 child, enough room for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was just as you see in pictures! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Hilton Head Island May 2022

We had an exceptional experience! The villa was wonderful from all perspectives - excellent location, nicely appointed and updated, terrific communications from the owner, perfectly located with respect to the pool, a very short walk to the beach, and a nice view facing the ocean. The pool and hot tubs were in great shape and there was plenty of furniture so finding a place to sit was never a problem. The owner, Deb, got back to us quickly and did a great job answering our questions (recommendations for places to eat, specific questions about items that were provided - whether or not a Keurig coffee maker was available - it is, etc.). Her attention to detail contributed to make our experience absolutely enjoyable! We highly recommend this unit!

Villa Exceeds Expectations!

The ground floor ocean villa was clean, well appointed, and an easy five minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and one of the bathrooms had a walk-in shower, a real plus for 2 eighty year old seniors. The key-less entry and easy parking added to the enjoyment of our visit. It was a pleasure working with Deb, our contact person and we would consider renting this villa, again.

Great property / Great location

The condo was exactly as advertised with the exception of the bedroom carpets which appeared worn and somewhat soiled - they are ready for a change. Other then that, the place was great. Nice updates in the living area and kitchen. Master bath was also nicely updated. Very comfortable patio with a great view of the ocean - perfect for watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Last minute stay in HH

Deb was very attentive from the start, and the property was as described and was much cleaner than any other rental we have stayed in at Hilton Head (as I’ve gotten older, I find I’m pickier about how clean places are). We enjoyed our stay very much; the condo had everything we needed for cooking and even toys and a chair for the beach. The location can’t be beat - only a quick 2min walk to the beach and 5mins to Coligny. The condo also had a standing fan for the guest room and tabletop fan for the master, which helped keep us cool at night despite not having ceiling fans. No issues with anything (no bugs, no leaky faucets, etc.). It feels like there’s always something that goes wrong, but this place was perfect; loved everything!

The place was clean and exactly as listed. The kitchen had everything you could need. Property manager was very responsive and checked in. If you are looking for a place close to the beach and coligny plaza this is they place.

Fantastic property!

What a wonderful vacation! The villa was exactly as described - clean, fresh, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. We rode bikes to Coligny Circle and Independence Park, hosted many meals for other family members who were staying down the street, slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The beach was right outside our back door, just a few steps away, and we spent lots of time there. It was great to be so close - we would sleep in and be lazy on the dreary mornings but head to the beach for the late afternoon/evenings and have a great time with most of the beach to ourselves. Deb was great about checking in, although we didn't need anything. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful condo and great location!

This was by far our favorite condo yet! Our family has visited HHI several times and the location is great. Teens can walk to Coligny Square on their own and have some independence. The view is great and having the 1st floor walk out was very convient to get to beach and pool.

Wonderful week in an adorable condo!

We both had a couple of injuries this year so we decided to get a first floor condo. We were pleasantly surprised to still have a really nice view of the ocean as well as of the beautiful lawn with lots of bunnies. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location to everything! We rebooked for next year!
