The Villa

Located on the third floor of Building C (with elevator access), this thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bath villa comfortably accommodates couples and families.

Sleeping arrangements include:

* Private bedroom with a queen-size bed
* Pull-out sofa in the living area
* Two built-in steamer bunks, perfect for children
* Graco Pack ’n Play available for our youngest guests

Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach on the private balcony, featuring a partial ocean view and beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding coastal marsh.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, beach snacks, or a relaxing dinner. The open living and dining area features a full-size dining table with seating for four and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

We’ve even provided beach chairs to make your vacation packing a little easier!
