WHAT’S NEW FOR 2026:
We’re pleased to share an exciting update regarding our pool and spa amenities for all our guests in 2026. Previously, the pool and spa heating/cooling feature was billed separately depending on the season. Starting in 2026, these services are now fully integrated into the rental rate you see when booking. Our goal is to provide greater transparency and value while giving you the best possible stay at 21 Egret.

Summer Months (June – August):
During the warmest part of the year, we’ve disabled the heating systems and now operate the pool cooling feature powered by electricity. This system actively chills the combined pool and spa water each day to maintain a comfortable temperature between 85°F and 87°F.

Cooler Months (January – May & September – December):
During the rest of the year, we heat the pool using electricity to maintain a comfortable swim temperature, and the spa is heated with propane gas to ~103°F, allowing for rapid and efficient heating when in use.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet setting off North Forest Beach, only a 1-minute walk to the sand. This house is designed for large families, multiple families and large groups situated just steps from one of the country's top beaches and golf courses.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths. The large OPEN main floor allows everyone to eat, socialize, and relax in the same space. The master ensuite is located on the main floor. The 2nd floor has an additional media room for others to congregate, plus 6 bedrooms to spread out. The large screened-in porch, covered lower patio, and our heated and chilled pool and spa, offer the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal climate.

21 Egret is only 5 blocks- a short walk or bike ride- to Coligny Plaza, which offers restaurants, shopping, ice cream, entertainment, and supplies. The bike path is conveniently located just across North forest beach road.

The house sleeps a maximum of 20 people.

The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool in or out of the sun. This area includes private pool with spa, huge screened-in porch, covered sitting area with with table, chairs and a smart TV. There is plenty of space to grill out or play corn hole.
The garage foundation area has a ping pong table, beach chairs, an additional fridge and ice maker. Load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and make the 30 yard walk to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house.

The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize, eat, and relax together in the large open space. Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 2 large seating areas, two large dining tables, four-seat island counter, and large 75" Smart TV. The room opens to the screen-in porch and allows everyone to dine and relax in one location. Also included on the main floor are the master bedroom/bath, laundry and half bath.

We try to anticipate your needs, so you can leave everything at home. Packing for your stay at no r-EGRETs is a breeze. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to host a family Cookout to a full Holiday feast. The pantry has ample space for all your dry goods and supplies. The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig and Regular coffee maker. There are 10 full-size beach towels for your outdoor needs. We have included a wagon, 12 folding beach chairs, and bocci ball for your days on the beach. The house is equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer located on the main floor, a highchair, and pack n play.

To help with groceries, baggage or for tired grandparents, there is an elevator that runs from the ground floor and stops at each floor. There are 10 smart TV's throughout the house, with a strong high-speed WIFI signal throughout.

For our guests, we have a discount for your bike/golf cart rental needs. Details will be provided in advance of your stay so you can have bikes/golf cart rentals waiting for you when you arrive.
*Note: We have a single camera located over the garage to monitor our guests parked vehicles and our street 24/7 for added safety & security.

- Pets and Smoking are NOT allowed on the property
-There is a maximum of 6 vehicles allowed on the property (per town of Hilton Head); Hilton Head enforces the number of vehicles.
-There is also a noise ordinance per the town of Hilton Head (covered with the property manager meet and greet); The 10pm-7am "quiet period noise ordinance is enforced, so please be quiet if outside in pool area after hours.

The Property Manager will provide keyless door codes, WIFI passwords, and all other necessary info prior to your arrival and will check in with guests when they arrive. They will also do a face to face meet and greet to make sure all guests understand operational items and policies.
