Overall good stay once we got checked in with condo access. Some check in codes given in the description were inaccurate and caused some delays but were later resolved. Ensure codes are accurate for condo door vs. storage unit. The condo is nice but could use some minor maintenence. Beach access was nice and resort amenities were very good. A little dated but good value.

Great price for what you get!

The place was clean, had a good selection of kitchen equipment, plenty of space and seating. Yes, some things are dated but if you want to spend thousands and stay somewhere else that is more than your choice. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, the storage unit had tons for our family to use at the beach. Yes, there are some things that need repair as any rental unit will need over time but nothing that inhibited or was a detriment to our stay.

Clean, Convenient and great views

Used the property with my son to attend the RBC Golf classic. Great views from the balcony, easy access to the local beach bar and watched some great golf for my son's birthday.

Nice view but some issues

The property is pretty nice, with a nice view, but we had a few issues. First, some of the mattresses need replacing, as they are so broken down that we sank in about 5 inches. I slept on the couch as the beds hurt my back so much (I tried 2 different ones.) Communication with the owner wasn't great. We had trouble with the television, and although he said he would send someone to look at it, no one ever came. We also had some conflicting check-in/out instructions.

Great place, great owner

The space was just what we needed in an excellent location, with a great view and easy access to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The resort has great amenities and I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Tiago for a memorable vacation?

Weekend Trip

The owner neglected to tell us the lock combo had been changed and we had to wait awile to get into the condo. The only chair in the sitting area had a broken leg and the lock to the balcony door was broken. These are things that can be easily fixed and should have been taken care of. The location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views

We have stayed at HHR before but this unit was even better with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk and with the windows open at night you could hear the waves. We had a great time, and the two bunk beds were amazing for our four kids! They love the indoor heated pool on chilly beach days

Would not waste your money

First off it was filthy. The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and he replaced it with a chain. There is what appears to be a hole in the floor that at anytime will give. We had no power initially then while we were at the beach he had people enter the room without our permission with all of our belonging in it to correct the power issue. Now my son’s apple headphones are missing and the host will not respond back to me. This guy is a real piece of work.
