5th Villa to Beach Remodeled for 2021- Steps to Open Beach SLEEPS 6

This condo was renovated with new kitchen cabinets, crown moulding, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, high quality sleeper /sofa (queen)in the living room, porcelain tile floor in winter 2020. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and just steps away from the beach (the 5th villa from the beach) -- 3 minutes and you are on the sand!. For your added enjoyment we have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room as well as a flat panel tvs /cable access in both rooms. Free Wireless Internet Access Provided.
There is a small deck to relax on outside the villa and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze. The deck faces Admirals Row (very quiet). The resort has the Island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a Tiki bar there to relax and have a drink while listening to Island Music (In Season)

The resort also features an exercise center, full service Sports Bar / Restaurant, a store, TEN tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and daily activities for the children (in season. There is also a bike rental company onsite if you want to take advantage of Hilton Heads wonderful bike trails.

We booked a one night stay to take a break from our kid for the night (thank you grandma and grandpa!). This condo ended up being exactly what we needed. The check in process was smooth and easy, the room was nice and cold, good for sleeping, and everything was clean. We didn’t make it to the beach due to the weather and the short stay, but we visited the local sports bar to watch a game and it was very nice. Overall, exactly what we needed when we needed it!

We were very pleased with our stay. The owner was very communicative and friendly and has done a great job updating the place. It's close to the beach which is a must with kids! We will definitely be back at this same location!

Owners very responsive, nice property

This was a great condo, perfect for a small family. It was really nice that they had extra amenities like nice beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even toys. When we had one very small issue with not having enough linens, the owners were super responsive and had extra linens delivered the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay. Hope to return to the same room soon. Host was very helpful with lock issue and resolved quickly. Only issue was that the amount of toilet paper was barely enough.
