The room we had was great. However, the breakfast in the morning was so disappointing. They should have had so much more out than they did. The hot water wasn't hot at all. The sausage thing was empty, no fresh fruit, no bread for toast, I could go on and on. This was the worst breakfast we ever had at a Quality Inn.

We stayed overnight. The room was clean. The ice machine did not work. They had a breakfast, but the food was cold. The juice machine did not work. The staff was very helpful. The parking lot had a big old pothole in it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. No complaints for a quick overnight stop on my road trip (unlike a couple other places I stopped at). I'll definitely stay at Quality Inns again.

We had a jacuzzi suite for one night stay. Room was very large and comfortable. Hotel is located behind the Holiday inn Express and in a good value for an overnight stay.

I will not stay there ever again. The door to our room was extremely difficult to open. Our room was not clean. The bathtub had dirt on the tub edge and soap scum coating most of the tub. The toilet seat was not securely attached and would slide to one side every time the toilet was used. The mirror hanging on the wall near the door was really dirty. It appeared like a toddler had been playing with it, hand prints, face prints, and what might have been food smeared on it. I actually took photos of the tub and mirror and will share them with management if asked. My husband and I went down for breakfast at 6:30 AM. We were told that the eggs were gone and they had no more. The waffle batter was empty. Most of the guests arriving to breakfast after us, had very little to choose from. It was not a restful experience.

My wife and I were just passing through for a 1 night stay. Upon entering the room, we saw a dead bug in the entrance way. We walked a little further in the room then we saw a live bug crawling around. We checked out immediately and stayed elsewhere. We wanted to give it a try but couldn’t.

Really enjoy having Belgian waffles and eggs for breakfast. The front desk was friendly and helpful. In a previous review I commented on some lighting near the entry to the common area. It was very well lit this time, which was greatly appreciated. Price was great. Glad to have this Quality Inn in Hillsville!

I would like to start with. I will never stay there again. We have stayed there in the past so this is not my first time staying here. It started by entering the room around 1030 at night. There was no lights so it was hard to see. Half of the light in the room were burned out. Once we got settled in we found around 15 dead bugs a over the room. Some of the wash clothes and towels looked like they cleaned the floor and put them pack on the rack to use. The toilet looked liked like they started cleaning and gave up. The breakfast was awful. No milk for the cereal. Enough eggs for 1 person biscut the seemed like they were from last week. The place needs a update
