「Owners were very helpful with advice for the area and communicated well. The condo is steps from the pool, which was nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and clean -- we used the grill and enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching the fireworks. Great get away that was very convenient.」

「We had such a wonderful time at your home. The home was clean, the beds were comfy, nice quiet neighborhood and your deck was a delight. Actually we spent our evenings sitting on the deck talking and laughing. The coffee station was a nice added feature to our stay. Overall accommodations were just perfect for our little group of 4 ladies.」

「It was a great property and area. The only issue was with the golf cart; we drove it to the park area and on the way back it died halfway, so we had to push it back. It wasn't a huge deal though and our check out time was extended. We made great memories!」

「The house and property was very homey. The kitchen had everything you need besides the food (of course). The pool was refreshing after a nice nap on the patio」

「When we arrived, we found mouse droppings on the bed, in the bathroom & dining room area. We had to wash the bedding and clean up. (So much for the cleaning fee, they charge!) Very disappointed in what our once favorite place to stay, has become. The past 2 times we've stayed, we've been dissatisfied with the cleanliness, which we brought to Gaustehaus Schmidt's attention. Decided to try again. Strike three, they're out. We'll have to search for another place, next time.」
