「Todo muy bien」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived on 4/3/26, the bed in our room had visible feces/stains on it. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand. Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. It was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive, especially arriving late and having to deal with something like...

「Lovely stay overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Fredericksburg, and the property itself is charming and comfortable. I slept really well, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The only downside was that the wifi didn’t reach my room, which was inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again.」

「An outstanding, beautiful, and clean room with very easy check in and out. Plenty of parking and a nice outdoor patio. It’s connected to a coffee shop for breakfast and is just steps away from high street. Would recommend! 」

「The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. 」

「This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The room was decorated so cool and the bed was super comfy. If you stay you must eat dinner there too! We had the Ranch salad which was amazing and the hamburger was simply delicious! Grayson was very helpful to us…love that southern hospitality! 」

「Remote staff consistent with many nice hotels in small towns. Clean and comfortable. Spartan, but all expected accoutrements provided (blow dryer). No outside windows but that helps with sleeping late and is expected when an old mercantile is converted to hostelry. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. 」
