"Have stayed at the hotel several times over the years. Absolutely stunning setting and a real experience. Unfortunately on this occasion, the central air conditioning was not working so a very noisy portable AC unit was in use. Nevertheless, a really nice experience overall"

"got there at 4pm to check in, was informed that rooms were not clean yet, come back in an hour. I am sure he had said that several times because his tone was "not clean, leave and come back" then next. Came back at 530, still not clean. Now I pushed, stayed right there eyeballing him till finally in about 20 minutes, got a room. Single female, first floor open to the parking lot and wasn't completely clean. I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will be in Great Falls for...
