「Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff.」

「Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed」

「I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area.」

「It's conveniently located near the airport and right next to the NASCAR Museum, making it easy to find. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Since dishes and cooking utensils are provided in the rooms, I thought it would be suitable for a long stay. However, I was concerned that there was no in-room safe, and the air conditioning didn't work very well.」

「The room was great! We stayed there because my husband had just left the hospital, and we wanted a room where the bathroom and bedroom were on the same level. I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.」
