I love this hotel just steps from where the actions are in SoHo. Tiny rooms but who cares! They are enough to fit all my stuff. Stayed here twice already and I’ve booked again for the May bank holiday.

The room was so cozy and the beds were comfy but the breakfast and the staff are above and beyond. We can’t recommend the hotel more! Also the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

We stay at the Ampersand a few times every year when taking weekend breaks in London and have done for over 10 years now. There is no-where else in London that we will stay. Always warm and welcoming and so convenient for getting to/from. Well done Ampersand - you never let us down.

Ok. Raised voices in foyer ar arrival. Receptionist who checked me in was really nice and effective in processing my arrival. TV a bit small and basic and no function for casting. Breakfast bar ran out of usual granola and not replaced. Nothing really wrong, just not the relaxing enjoyable experience ...
