"The location was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable."

"The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door. Whoever installed the shower head thought it would be a good idea to have it permanently aimed at the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Carpet in room needs updating. Great amenities! We enjoyed the sauna, game room and the views of the mountain and lake. Really cool fire pit area!"

"The rooms only get cleaned if you ask at the front desk before noon. They won't even empty the trash. The breakfast was good since they provided eggs and meat and a waffle maker. Coffee and juice and fresh fruit. Breakfast from 7am till 10 or 11am. It's not helpful if you want to leave early. The hotel is older but updated."

"Booked a king room and received 2 queens. When returned to the front desk about the mistake, was told they are sold out and there is nothing she could do. The bathroom reeked of mildew and the bathroom fan didn't work. I believe the hotel is used primarily for workers in the area...we had a person loudly jumping up and down for several hours the first night until 11:00pm then resumed jumping at 7:00am the next morning. The exercising continues the following evening, but did not go on for as...
