"Had a recent 4 day stay at the Boone La Quinta, Rooms were spacious & clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning hot breakfast was excellent, with different choices each morning. Only slight issue was the road traffic noise if you happen to be on the street side, but that was also manageable. Would highly recommend this property if you 're staying in the Boone area."

"Checking in at 11:45 PM was frustrating because Hotel.com apparently didn’t send the reservation to Fairfield and Fairfield didn’t have a room that our confirmation stated. After about 45 minutes Hotel.com agreed to pay for two non-adjourning rooms. Fairfield front desk did a nice job trying to get things right."

"Room condition and cleanliness were both excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dining area was clean and well maintained. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the ATROCIOUS internet service. Wi-Fi speeds never exceeded 1 Mbps, making it virtually impossible to do anything productive or stream content from any source. I tested connections from multiple locations throughout the property, and the speeds were consistently dreadful. It was literally like using a dial-up connection from 30 years ago. At this point, I cannot understand how high-speed internet is not treated as a basic utility by hotels. The network infrastructure here is in desperate need of a major upgrade. I ultimately had to use my mobile hotspot, which delivered speeds more than 50 times faster than the hotel's Wi-Fi."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was newly refurbished. It had a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant had very good food. The bar was very nice. We received a complementary made to order breakfast and it was conveniently located."
