「Room nice and clean ,staff are very friendly, will be back in next visit」

「Very old property, and area looks ghetto and feels unsafe. The room was clean and AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had very few options. 」

「The breakfast was cooked to order and it was amazing. We had a mishap and our server fixed it immediately. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper was very nice not giving a hassle for needing extra towels and rags. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it was clean and they even had pool towels that could be used. 」

「breakfast was good. got down there a bit late so I did not get to take care of a lot of stuff and they ran out of knives so no waffle for me :(」

「Very friendly staff. The floor in the bathroom and the carpeting were sticky though. Like too much soap and no rinsing? I just wore socks the whole time but it was a little offputting」

「Hotel needs remodeling. Room had a musty smell . I had to wash everything when we got home to get the smell out.」

「The room we stayed in matched the pictures. I loved that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach within minutes. Great breakfast options. 」

「We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! 」

「Pool was closed. Room was good except for noisy group outside until 2 am. Convenient location. Food on-site was very average. 」

「The whole place needs a face lift--carpet in my room and hallways was filthy and the pool deck cracked and needs repair as well as cleaning. Someone had left clothes in the closet. The breakfast was fine and the lady working that area very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice.」

「I would have given full 5 stars but i paid extra for a room with a balcony and was given a wheelchair access room on the first floor with view of the parking lot, no balcony...was pretty disappointing but we made the most of it anyway!」

「It was horrible. The shower was clogged yhe whole time. They didn't have any amenities. Everything was out. After explaining that the tub was clogged and we needed another room they wouldnt charge our room . Horrible 」
