What a special place! Not only perfect Four Seasons top services but a unique construction with a charming roof terrace overlooking the gorgeous views of the d city and the sea. Perfect location to walk to the principal historic sites and for sure was the best pick for the trip. I felt save and loved in Turkey. Do not stop visit Turkey or Paris or London or America because of fear, religion or for not to agree with Politics, we live in a crazy unfair world but lovely people are there waiting for...

This is going to sound like I'm being paid to write this but I assure you I'm the one who paid. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & a 5 minute walk to the tram. Every employee there gets a 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, & on being accommodating. They helped me book tours, called taxis for me & gave me tips on how to navigate the city - who to speak to, who to stay away from, how much I should expect to pay for certain goods & services so I don't get...

I had a very late check in, and the staff were beyond helpful when it came to arriving so late. Even though it was my sixth time in Istanbul, they still would stop me before leaving each time I would leave. Just to make sure that not only my hotel visit was going well, but also my visit to the city itself. For they wanted to also enhance my time out in the city, this just shows such a deep pride in their city and hotel.

This hotel is so beautiful. The people who work here are amazing and unbelievably kind. We received such superb customer service here. I've been to may hotels, and this is one of my favorites. Great food, prime location, comfortable bed, and wonderful service. Their breakfast buffet is delicious! Thanks ciregan for an amazing stay.

thisnwas my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time...the staff was friendly and super helpful as always and the location is perfect and walking distance from all the main attractions.

This property is absolutely phenomenal, it's in a great location easeability to get in and out.. The hotel is clean, crisp friendly has a great vibe but that isn't what makes this property amazing, what makes this property amazing is every staff member, and I mean everybody from the second you walk through the double door getting greeted by the front counter staff to the lovely people who run the little restaurant and coffee. It's just amazing.. I don't think I've ever experienced that much...
