Escape to the peaceful Northumberland countryside with a stay at The Granary, a charming first-floor apartment nestled nearby to the picturesque village of Newbrough near Hexham. Perfect for families or small groups, this cosy retreat blends traditional character with modern comfort, offering a relaxing base to unwind and recharge. With exposed beams, a log burner and a welcoming atmosphere throughout, it’s an ideal countryside getaway where you can truly switch off from the pace of everyday life.
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The property is arranged across one level on the first floor. Access is only by the traditional stone steps and not suitable for guests with walking/mobility issues.
Open-Plan Living Area:
Lounge – Comfortable sofa and armchair, exposed wooden beams and a log burner.
Kitchen/Dining Area – Fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including essential appliances and dining space for shared meals.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size bed and an additional single bed, bedside furniture, and en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite – Bathtub with overhead shower, toilet, and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, bedside furniture, and en-suite bathroom.

Outside:
Communal Garden – Shared with the ground floor apartment, featuring outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.
The surrounding farm is a working area so children should be supervised at all times.
